Wilson got his big break with the comedy action film Shanghai Noon (2000). In 2001, he continued his work with Zoolander, Behind Enemy Lines, and The Royal Tenenbaums. He continued with his comedic roles in I Spy (2002) and Shanghai Knights. In 2005 Wilson worked in the Wedding Crashers and The Wendell Baker Story. In 2006, Wilson starred in You, Me and Dupree and appeared with Ben Stiller in Night at the Museum. Wilson appeared in the film, The Darjeeling Limited, and next starred in the comedy, Drillbit Taylor, released in March 2008. He acted in Kyle Gulutzan and Sean George Casey’s production of Roundabout, released in 2008.
