Prior to his breakthrough role in the Sex and the City movie where is best remembered for his steamy shower scene, Marini made guest appearances on several television series episodes. In 2009 Marini performed with professional dance partner Cheryl Burke on the eighth season of Dancing With the Stars. Marini and Burke made it through the season and landed in second place. He is scheduled to guest star on the fall season of Brothers & Sisters as “Sarah’s” love interest and will appear on the 2010 season of Nip/Tuck.
