Estevez became a member of the 1980’s “Brat Pack” after appearing in The Breakfast Club and St. Elmo’s Fire. He also appeared in Repo Man, Maximum Overdrive, Young Guns, Young Guns II and The Mighty Ducks.
Estevez wrote, directed and starred in Men at Work with his brother Charlie Sheen. He also wrote, directed and played the part of “Tim” in the award winning film Bobby which was the story about the assassination of Robert Kennedy.
