Shirtless Ben Bass had his first acting experience as “Leonard” in an episode of 21 Jump Street. His stage career began in Angry Housewives. He then originated the role of the young Elvis Presley in the theatrical production of Are You Lonesome Tonight. After returning to Canada he joined the cast of the crime series Forever Knight in the role of “Javier Vachon”. Other Canadian television shows Bass has appeared in are Big Sound, Tom Stone, and Bury the Lead. He played the role of “Gavin Lloyd” in the US comedy/drama series Monk, and “Tad” in Queer as Folk. His can currently been seen in the new crime-drama Rookie Blue as “Sam Swarek”.
