Chase began his acting career in 1996 using the name Bailey Lutgert. He played the character of “PO James Elling” in a 2000 episode of JAG as Bailey Chase and has used that name during the rest of his career. Among his many television and film appearances Chase has played recurring roles as “Graham Miller” in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, “Christopher ‘Chris’ Robert Hughes (from 2003-2005) in the soap As The World Turns, and as “Beckett ‘becks’ Scott on Ugly Betty. He joined the cast of Saving Grace in the role of “Butch Ada” in 2007 and has appeared in two episodes of the 2009 television drama series Castle as “Will Sorenson”. He can be seen as “Aiden Pryme” in the sci-fi movie The Next Race: The Remote Viewings.
